Friday Fit Challenge #2

Did you do last week's challenge? How did it go?  Too easy? Hard enough? Just right?

Let me know!!

This week, we are going to use similar exercises, but change up the pace a bit.  Set a timer for 5 minutes and do the following exercises consecutively:

Challenge #2
10 jumping jacks
10 pushups
10 jumping jacks
10 squats
20 mountain climbers
20 hip bridges
20 mountain climbers
20 crunches

Repeat that series until the 5 minutes are up.  Your goal should be to get through the series as many times as you can in 5 minutes.

Once the 5 minutes are up, rest 1-3 minutes. And repeat again.

This is your opportunity to go at your own pace... but challenge yourself. It's only 5 minutes of work, so push to keep moving!!!
