I'm going to be selfish and ask for a prayer....
I'm speaking this morning to a group of 5th and 6th grade girls about body image and healthy lifestyle. I have to give the presentation twice. Please pray that these girls would be reception to what I have to say. That I don't view me as an old lady who doesn't know what she's talking about.
Pshhh... of course I do, girls. I was in your shoes years ago, thinking I was fat, wondering why some girls had boobs and some didn't, why I couldn't look like that stick model on the magazine cover.
Say a prayer this morning if you think of it. Thanks.

Yea! I'm so excited about winning the giveaway. I'll be praying for you today. I used to teach that age group in church...just remember that even when they don't seem to be listening, they're soaking it in. It will stick with them. Have a great day!

I wish they had someone like you talk to me when I was a kid. Body image issues is something I struggle with every day, even as an adult.
